About the event
Join us for a gentle grief circle series over the next few months, a sacred space to process loss and healing together. Through storytelling, restorative yoga, guided journaling, and the deep resonance of sound baths, we’ll honor grief in its many forms and create a supportive container for transformation and renewal.
