What clients have to say

Jasmin has been a true heaven sent in my life. I first started in Jasmins’ yoga classes during quarantine. I did weekly yoga with her and loved the movement the classes provided my body, especially during Covid-19. The music selection was always on point, too! By far, my favorite event to attend has been the beach meditation and sound healing. The combination of the warm sun and sand, as well as the sound of the waves with the sound bowls makes for the most tranquil environment for healing and grounding.

When I was deeply struggling with depression and anxiety, Jasmins’ services provided me peace, clarity, and most importantly, acceptance. I have done multiple sessions with her one on one, both in person and via zoom. She was quick to reply and even accommodated a same day session with me. Even through zoom, her energy is felt and is undeniably strong! She is committed to providing the best services for her clients and deeply cares about the wellbeing of each individual.

The best part of working with her is the connection she takes the time to make with your ancestors and family guides. As a woman of color, I highly value that intimate part of Jasmin’s services. With her guidance, I have learned to speak more gently to myself and take the time I need to sit in the dark parts of my life. I’ve learned to look at my past with more grace and gratitude. She has been a tremendous asset to the betterment of my mental health and I am very grateful to have been able to cross paths with her beautiful spirit!

Our Mission

The mission at Healing Soulution is to support folks in relaxing in their mind, body, and spirits so that they can live a life full of peace and contentment. At Healing Soulution we believe in the power of Yoga and Sound Healing. Yoga is an ancient sacred practice that can support people in finding inner peace. We are passionate about sharing the ancient truth, not only through asanas (yoga poses) but also through the other limbs of yoga such as meditation, philosophy, breathwork, and much more.
